Terrible service..took well over a year to fix the year agreement on problems with the property. And after begging to come back and correct several times his wife would call and they say they will be showing up in such a date..we had house sitters to be there that day to let them in..they wouldnt show and days to call back and schedule another day with no apologies what so ever and when confronted brian and his son acted as if we were not the only customer they have and they already went out of the way to honor their customers. Attitude with quick to be rude and talk over you and walk away while we were asking several questions he couldnt answer as if we were ignorant to construction industry. Lie more than anyone ive ever heard of in my life..came back to fix major cracks and blemishes to say they coming back to repaint and never ahow back up and answer repeated phone calls..then brett the son which is a liar wants to text to us instead of man up and talk on the phone as its nore important to keep going to the next house to finish sell and get to closing instead of fixing problems they should have fixed first...just a complete year and half nightmare..also they have a recording where they screen their calls and when figured out the numbers we call from they wouldnt answer..seemed if we called from fresh numbers they would answer..and out of all this their recorded message lets you seem warm and fuzzy at the end where the wife says God Bless..unreal!! I would not buy or have this company build a bird house after our and the near neighbor experiences they encountered also with us . 4 neighbors had same major problems as we did and feel the same..talks of class action lawsuit coming up so this is what we experienced.
