    Very Unreliable. Knowing that he cant do the job, took advance of $10,000 and later changed the story and said he cant build for the price that was originally quoted and so far never returned the money. Every time I call for money, he comes up with a new story but so far did not return the money.

    Howard Conner is very professional. Always on time and honest. We paid him $500 more than agreed as a tip and thank you for working as conditions were rainy, he returned with the check saying we seemed to accidentally over pay him. 10/10 would recommend
