Buyer beware. Howard was the subcontractor for plumbing on my new house construction about 6 years ago. We had multiple issues during installation and he was a pain to work with. From day one after move in, there was leaking from pipes and fixtures. Within 3-4 years, we had 4 major issues stemming from poor work. Other people including the general contractor for our project couldn't believe the lack of basic care he took. He also took no accountability, and reneged on the warranty. As far as i understand it, he ghosted the general contractor who he worked with for over a decade previously. Buyer beware.
