Used this company, was sold a 2007 model furnace they passed off as 2017. Paid for warranties and a NEW system less than 5 years old. Called because the unit went out less than a year warranty. The company said they would come out, but well over 5 days later, they have not come out. They have not been answering calls, or returning voicemails had to call a new one out, that is stating it is going to cost $2,000 (paid close to $3,000 for the initial new service) because they used a bad furnace unit, and they knew was for 2007 and not 2017.
