Had a staircase put on back of house. There were several week gaps between when his crew actually worked on the project. The total time to demo the old staircase and install the new one was about 6 weeks. It should have been about a 5 day job at most. In that time the stairs and platform had no railing (platform 6 feet off the ground). He was coming in much cheaper than other contractors and it's very understood why that is now. His crew actually installed a decent platform and stairs which is a shame because the review would have been much better if they just respected the customer more.
