Disreputable and will not stand behind their products or services. They said I needed new line sets. Did a hideous line set install and wasted a bunch of my time trying to get it right. Customer service was atrocious. They are unwilling to work to resolve their mistakes and make things right. Never use this company. Needless to say, I still need to find a company to fix Howells non-working trash job. Trash, Howells, trash.
