    Hoxie's painting needs to work on customer service. We paid them before the job was finished, in good faith, because we had to leave for work the last day of painting. We were told to call with questions or concerns. They painted the house without removing the shutters, and did not paint the shutters!! Who does that?! Anyway, we have been calling since 9/22/20 with no response. The only way that I could get them to call back was to pretend that I was someone else who wanted a painting estimate!! They called right back for that! Unfortunately they would not discuss the situation, but said that their "brother" would call back...nothing. Apparently this is not unusual for them. I wish that I had read some of the other comments on the Better Business Bureau site and others before we hired them to paint our home. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

    We got right to you and you had texted us that you wish you could take down the review But don't know how. This was during the Corona virus epidemic and you didn't give us any leeway it only took us 2 weeks to get back to fix the touch up That you wanted. Normally it takes us about 2 days to get back. We left you happy and satisfied I wish you could figure out to take this down
