I hired HPH Construction to re-paint my residence. They did a good job as far as their quality of work. The issue was that after all the work was completed, and furniture and electronics were being put back and turned on, my television screen was found to be damaged. My TV was installed on the wall and connected on the Saturday prior to their Tuesday start date and was in working order. They started Tuesday and I disconnected the TV and moved it away from the wall for the painters to paint behind it.
I discovered an impact point on the screen and frame of the television where it was struck. The painters of HPH Construction worked in my residence unsupervised as is typical when a house is being painted.
I called Phillip Hennessy on various occasions, and he did not answer the phone but sent a text message, I sent emails and he did not respond. I would reach out to him and almost a week would pass before I would have to follow up again. Only after a sending a certified letter did I receive a response.
The issue was not resolved, Mr. Hennessy stands behind his employees who were unsupervised. I will not have HPH Construction do any work for me personally again.
