    I agree with the previous comments. HE IS A THEIF and very unethical.
    Tried skipping out on paying me for a job . A property lien and letter from my attorney sent to homeowner and Hratch made this bozo finally pay up. This contractor is joke and should have his license revoked. Amazing that he still gets work. AVOID HIRING OR WORKING FOR THIS JOKE THAT CALLS HIMSELF A CONTRACTOR.

    He is a complete crook. We recently completed work for this man at a property in Los Angeles. After signing the $4,700.00 contract he had us jump thru hoops helping with additional work outside the contract, this was not a problem. The problem was he kept dangling the carrot of getting paid. He did the, "I can't get paid until it is finished and we needed to help or we couldn't get paid". He was paid for all the work performed and now feel off the map. I spoke with the building owner and they confirmed Hratch was paid 100%, 4 months ago. He now seems to have fell off the map. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS MAN. If you hire him beware that he may not pay the people he hires. Very unethical. This is now November 2014.

    I would by all means avoid doing business with Hratch Voskertchian. We have done work for him and after 4 months (8/18/14 marked 4 months) he still owes us money. He ignores calls, messages, texts, and letters. We are currently taking legal action against Hratch Voskertchian. I highly recommend you not do business with him.
