As a Residential Property Manager I do not recommend this company. 30-40mins to return a call and it becoming 4hr+ is beyond belief. This company received the call from the home warranty company on Friday. As of monday (05/20/13) they still had not reached out to my tenants, yet you spoke to the warranty company while I was on hold with them. If you are looking for an electrical company to do work for you please look somewhere else.
