    I have known Josh Broadhead and James Wells for over 10 years. They have completed several projects for me on two houses. Before awarding a job to them, they patiently work with me to achieve a written scope of work with quoted costs, that we both agree to. They readily furnish copies of licenses, etc., as soon as they are awarded a job. They are clear as to when they can start work, and how long the job will take to complete. They do not scrimp on material quality, perform high quality workmanship and are patient with complaints or concerns. I have changed scope on tasks and they are understanding and patient with changes - letting me know the time and cost impacts, in writing, and wait for approval, before they begin/continue.
    The last job they did was on a house we purchased, but I was out of state. They reliably came to the house every day and accomplished the work very productively. They do not ask for unreasonable amounts up front. They only ask for what is needed to get the work started, from a material standpoint. Their workers are polite and do a good job on housekeeping. At the end of the job, James will walk through the job, to review completeness and assure that you are satisfied.
    You may find a rare negative review on HRR, but I’ll bet that the basis of such a situation was more about the customer that James or Josh.
    Believe me, HRR does quality work at fair prices
