He will say anything to get in your house, however he will not do what he promises to do!! He will lie and say anything to get you to agree to the deal you are being promised. HE WILL COMPULSIVELY LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. Save yourself the agony and scam I am left with, Kris Kaehler is not capable of telling the truth! Save your sanity and do business with a REAL , HONEST and TRUTHFUL water softener company!! Direct Water Company is not honest and truthful!! *** ALSO..his other posts on google are fake and phony, done by him and his wife / girl friend!!*** DON'T BELIEVE HIS 7 DAY MONEY BACK GAURANTEE..he will not honor it!! We were looking for a good water softener repair company we have been screwed by Culligan before we did have A system from for city water in Machesney Park but they seem not to answer their phones they are out of business so we call direct water company I am 100% satisfied with the decision we made it to fix our water softener The guy Chris is so helpful he went behind his service expertise and helped us in the way we cannot imagine I would recommend direct water company to anyone I will always call them for our water treatment needs

Kris from direct water is a very knowledgable and helpful water specialist. He was very thorough and explains how the water system works and compares to other brands. I was going to go with another company yet kris convinced me that direct water co would be and has been around for along time and will be in the future. Thus anything that is needed in the future can be taken care of easily. That's what I liked since the last company was no longer able to help me. He made sure that the installation was set up correctly and he came back also to test the water and make sure that all was in working order. He explained and showed me how to use the unit, not just the usual read the instructions. Kris is a very friendly person as well and easy to talk to. He helps find the answers you are looking for. Thank You!

This guy is morning and many other water treatment company is out there but the only thing with this guy is he's honest and does great work and he stands behind his warrantees just a great guy and he knows his stuff I would recommend him
