I hired them to make our sump pump legal for the city ordinance. They came out and did their work, but forgot to plug the sump pump back in after they unplugged it. We got a bunch of rain and it flooded our basement of our rental property. Our renter plugged the sump pump in and it instantly started XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXing the water out of the basement, but when he plugged in the sump pump (which they unplugged) the pipe they installed started to leak. We had to call them over to fix that as well. They were rude and refused to give me their insurance information when I first asked them for it and then hung up on me. Save your time and hire a real plumber. So disappointed. 6 years and have never had a problem with our sump pump.

Very poor quality workmanship, when contacted about their workmanship they got very defensive and did not show up to repair the issues. It was very obvious they were in a hurry to leave and didn't care the job they did. We had to hire someone else to comolete the job properly. We would not recommend them for anything.
