Same as above - well put. Used this contractor twice. Both times had to hire someone else to complete his work or repair what he damaged. Work was delayed and completed late, despite promises to the contrary. Did not stand behind his work.

Overall pretty unprofessional. Tim was very very slow at performing the work outline. I would consider these simple tasks for a licensed contractor. What should have taken less than a week, he stretched across a couple of months; and that was after constantly following up once or twice a week to ensure he stays on time and never even completed some of the work on the estimate.
