Unfortunately, the work was not completed correctly. Humberto said he would make it good. He went out of town for many months, he said. Eventually he stopped answering my texts and emails. Apparently, Mr. Diaz will not complete your work to the customer's satisfaction.
We paid Mr. Diaz a large sum ($1900) and now are left with a botched item. That merits only 1 star.
