Humberto's Flooring is one of the best companys i have worked with over the past 40 years. Their Customer Service is outstanding . My wife and I had many questions about wood floors vs carpet and they anserwed all our questions. Whether we called , texted or emailed we always were contacted with in 5 min. ,most of the time sooner. They were always on time for appointments and when they started the Job. When I first called for an estement I told them we were doing the 3 upstairs bedrooms and the hallway up stairs . They asked about the stairs ? i told them that my wife was not sure what we were going to do with them. we have a spirl staircase and we know it was going to be very hard to do and very pricey . When Humberto came to give us the estement , He gave us many different ways to do the stairway, and told us he would work up some pricing on the different ways . We ended up doing the stairway thad they did an outstanding Job and made my wife and me very happy. Humberto ,his Son and the 3 other workers were all very friendly and professiional. They cleaned up each day, They even came Saturday to Finish the Job as we were not going to be available Monday or Tuesday . They were Very Flexable . I would use them again and recommend them to all !

I would definitely recommend this company! I had carpet replaced with hardwood engineered flooring (Brazilian Cherry) and my new floors are stunning. Gorgeous. They are very conscientious, caring and professional. Much attention to detail. Always on time and completed job ahead of schedule. They moved furniture, kept things clean, and their work is absolutely beautiful. A work of art. My husband and I love our new floors.
