I bought a house in 2014. The front of my home, the awning or the front door is not properly built. I contacted them to see, since my home is only 3 years old, if they could help. The owner of the company states to me its been 3 years, I can't help. You may call my service guy at $30 an hour. Nothing of, lets see what we can come up with. This home is 3 years old! There should be no reason it is leaking unless there was physical damage from a storm or something and there is not
