This contractor was recommended by a friend, they installed a water softener in February of 2015 and failed to connect the drain on the tank, which flooded our basement! They returned to connect the drain, and didn't offer to help clean up the salt water, and told me that everything would be fine! A few months later we noticed that the leak had wicked into the wall and caused extensive damage to the wall and the carpet! I called Brian to come back and look at the damage, he and his associate immediately began looking to place blame on a possible leak other than the one they had created! When I asked for insurance information, Brian refused to comply and told me to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance! The issue is still unresolved as of 8/26/16, and the owner still refuses to provide the correct information to resolve this problem!
