Owner
I used this father and son team to build an addition on my home. I never felt like they knew what they were doing and half the time I felt they were cutting corners simply to rip me off. Ever step of the way, I found something wrong with their work. The outside footing was too close to the original structure, so the foundation sits on the outside edge, not centered with the footing. They tried to change the design of the roof thinking I would notice to save materials. They installed a new metal roof without the rakes, so a good gust of wind will tear my roof off. Two rooms are out of square. The floor joist float above the center beam about a half inch, causing the floor to bounce. They tied the structures together seal to seal with 6 lag bolts, that snapped within 2 weeks because they failed to repair rotted wood on the old structure and it was giving way. THESE GUYS HAVE NO BUSINESS BUILDING! The worst part is that the county inspectors are too lazy to crawl under the house to find this. I've called the county inspectors office and they don't care. I'm going above them to make sure these guys loose their license.
