We ordered a simple house plan and were quoted 2 months for completion. He took almost 5 months and demanded money up front. Once we paid him we found out that the plans were incomplete and we have been getting the run around since. No permit because of the incomplete plans. Paid in full and no apologies, help or closure on our project.
