Took from July '16 (permit issued) to November '16 (final issues resolved) to complete my re-roof - 2 areas needed to be fixed and he had the nerve to tell the person doing the repairs to CHARGE me for repairs! I requested receipts for monies I paid and never received them, plus after researching my permit fees, I found out I overpaid him by $490 for permits and I have not been refunded any $ for permits.
Word of mouth goes a long way in this town and although I assumed he was a professional, I was incorrect in my assumption.

At one point, Brian Konrath the Contractor, had his installers remove 5 metal panels and re-do a section because it wasn't "right" in his words. Excellent work, great follow-up, professional staff.
