It all starts out fine when the money is flowing. But there were missed digs for footings. At first I didn’t make a big deal. But you find out how un business-like he can be. He pulled a fast one with a side deal for moving fill with his brother and overcharged after the fact. Says he does septic yet he sent another company out behind my back to do estimate. And they do their own excavation. He owed me a driveway dig but rather cut my losses. I wish him well but there are better. We also made Oh, when you call him on something he starts talking fast and repeating. Refer to your psychology books if you don’t understand the meaning.
