My rating is no stars. Contacted Jennifer in April 2019 about remodeling my bathroom. She called and made an appointment to come to my home. I finally decided what I wanted and she came back to my home and we finalized the paperwork. Gave her the down payment she asked for. Work was to begin late July. Started to try and get a hold of Jennifer mid July to see what my status was with work being done. Took about 10 days for a response. Jennifer wrote in an email that she assured she was not taking my money and running. Looks like that’s exactly what she did

My husband and I signed with them April of 2018 and were told they only had 2 to 3 jobs ahead of ours. We believed them. They had 10 plus jobs and something went wrong with every job they had, anyway that it what we were told. They kept saying our cabinets were ordered and half were delivered early fall of 2018. That was what our deposit was for, in April 2018. We have learned since then nothing was ordered, after asking for our deposit back a dozen or so times from the owner Jen, so we could sign with another company and finally get our Kitchen done. Could never get a response from her by email , phone or in person. We spent several times at the company office and no one showed up. Finally in April of this year she ( Jen) said that they would start our job which they did. We were now at the the top of the list, only getting them to work 2 to 4 hours at a time and then there were days when no one showed up at all. Finally they have most of the prep work done but have delivered cabinets that are of poor quality and nothing like we ordered. They have sat in our house for two weeks and by the labels were only ordered in April of this year. Don't go with this company,Jen lies (the owner) and quality is poor. We again have asked for our deposit back so we can order the cabinets. No response.

We signed a contract and gave a down payment to them in December 2017 and they still have not completed our kitchen remodel as of February 2019. Excuse after excuse for the delays. No communication whatsoever. I had to keep contacting them. Unfortunately since project was somewhat near completion I paid the balance. This was the most frustrating project I have ever experienced. I would not recommend doing business with this company. One star is too high but was the only option on rating.

Huskerland Bathrooms took money for a kitchen and bathroom project in July of 2018. The kitchen flooring is the only thing that is done and that took 4 months for them to even start. Not only did they not order enough flooring 3 times, the work itself is very shoddy. They have since put in a countertop that is literally falling apart. They keep making promises but nothing happens. Do NOT go with this company. They will take your money and then never do the work.

BUYER BEWARE I ordered a walk in tub back in July of 2018. they would never give me an install date, just I'll get back to you in a couple days and wouldn't. Most of the time i couldn't get a hold of her and she would NEVER contact me with any updates. Oh there was one time she gave me an install date in November but I didn't hear from her when the time came. By November I asked for my money back and she wouldn't do that, so in December I ask to just pay off the tub and I will have someone install it.
I found out from the dealer she charged me for a tub that was fully loaded and we didn't even get the tub we ordered. they won't take the tub back and get us the correct one because we tried it out to see if it had all of these options. and it does not . The drain is on the wrong side, there is no sides on it as promises for salesman, the spa place will fix the heater that doesn't work. but i paid for a fully loaded tub. They are not in the business for selling tubs, they sell their profession, labor, quality of labor. Looks like they made a profit on me anyway. Yes Jen is the owner and do not recommend this company either. Our wait time was going on 5 months.

My parents are still waiting on this company to start their kitchen and it’s been since July 2018 when they said they start and now it’s December!! This is horrible service and they are very hard to even talk to. Do not go with this company!!!

It has almost been 1 year that I have started my bathroom project with Huskerland I have a very small bathroom. They do not keep you informed, if you are lucky enough to get to leave a voice message they do not call back. Right now all I have left is a small sink. I just want to get the sink and put in so I don't have to deal with this company again. I do not recommend this company to anyone. And you can't talk to anyone higher up because Jen is the owner.
