This spring we searched for a construction company to tear out & replace our old kitchen and to replace the flooring in our living/dining room hallways and kitchen. We live in a condo and learned that HC was recommended by all who had hired them. Our experience was better than excellent. Travis Hutchinson is to be trusted to communicate clearly and to perform all that he signed up to do expertly. He is a stickler for detail and takes pride in his final product. He’s honest,reliable, punctual, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

We purchased a home from Keith in 2019. To start the workmanship is very poor quality; our porch started separating from the house within two months, large gaps in flooring, cheap materials, and most notably our crawl space has had water after every rain. We noticed 4-6” of standing water in our crawl space just before our builders warranty expired. We let Keith know and he was incredibly rude about the issue. He showed up to our house unannounced on more than one occasion and all he did was add an additional downspout to the opposite side of the home. That did not solve the issue but he wouldn’t know since he has never followed up. We reached out multiple times but now have to invoice attorneys. I recommend finding a better builder who cares about the quality of their builds instead of trying to burn and turn homes just to make money. His wife is the listing agent on his homes and is rude, non communicative and all around awful to work with.
