Recommend staying away from Hutchinson Property Services!! Hired them to renovate 2 bathrooms. They never completed the project. They left holes in our closet walls, installed a defective shower door, installed the vanity too close to the bathroom door so the vanity door is unusable and installed defective electrical wiring for the bathroom fans. Our last contact with them was DECEMBER 2017!! They have lied to ABC6, NBC10 and NJ division of consumer affairs! They are used car salesman and should stick with that job as you know you are getting screwed there!! STAY AWAY! It appears they are trying another lie by telling people that have been wronged by them that they have filed for bankruptcy so they can't get sued! Yet their Facebook site only says they had computer problems!! BS! STAY AWAY!!
UPDATE: It appears they may have filed for bankruptcy (running away from their customers and their vendors). Their Facebook page addresses it as "technical difficulties", but probably too many bad reviews. The kicker is they are trying to reincarnate themselves as Simone Home Remodeling. Different name but the same workers. The worst part is they have only been licensed in NJ since August 2018, BUT they have dozens of projects they have completed!!! (including our bathroom!) on their Facebook page. They could NEVER have completed his many projects in the 6 months they have been licensed. AND Simone Home Remodeling DID NOT DO OUR BATHROOM. Recommend never to use either company!
