    SCAM ARTIST. Stay away. Same as other reviewers. Incompetent job then stopped returning calls. System still doesn’t work properly. They have had multiple terminated businesses all related to hvac. Multiple addresses. Before even thinking of hiring call and ask for a physical location or a manager and you’ll be given the run around. Don’t hire a company that has no accountability or way for recourse. Save your money and hire a trusted company

    "These folks are as professional as it gets. And BOY are we happy to be one of the lucky few homes in Los Angeles, CA to actually have air conditioning! The HVAC Alliance Expert crew is extremely professional, friendly and efficient. I can't say enough. I don't honestly know if it's the cheapest, but this company and their service is worth every penny we spent.

    They work quickly, unobtrusively and the system (high efficiency 18SEER) they installed is so quiet!! We just experienced quite a few very hot days last month (Sept 2019) and our electric bill went up about $50. New energy saving system decreased our bill twice. That looks pretty darned good to us (but solar is next on our wish list...)!

    We will also be able to keep our windows closed, sadly, when (not if) there is another major fire threatening our air. This system will keep our air cool AND clean.

    I would not use them. Scam artist. Stay away. Incompetent. Took money, repaired wrong unit on rooftop of multifamily condo, then refused to pay back. When time to ask for explanation, no longer taking calls
