My furnace was not lighting. I was contacted 1 min after I put my information into Angis list. They came 45 min later and diagnosed the problem. Very friendly and customer service fantastic. I was told by another company I needed a new furnance. In fact they did PMs a 1 month ago on my furnace. Robert got the part in and came 1st thing Monday morning. I did not want to pay weekend rates so it was my decision to wait. He showed up Monday morning and fixed the issue. New furnace is about $6500. He diagnosed on Friday night at 6:00 pm just 45 min since I submitted the request and did not charge me weekend rates. Friendly and saved me $$$. I recommend to anyone. If i need PMs, repairs, or eventually new furnace I know who I am calling!! Very honest guy and I recommend to all! Do not get scammed. Call and you will see. Do not know Robert Bridgman and this review is a true experience and not just someone writing for anyone associated to HVAC Pro in Puyallup. Great place and honest!!! Thank you.
