Tim showed up to my emergency leak within hours of me finding his number and calling him. He was very professional and diagnosed my issue quickly to stop the leak. He very clearly and precisely explained the problem and what work needed to be done to fix the issue long term. He even pointed out to me everything he was talking about. Turns out his prices were great compared to quotes i got after it was done. Very professional and trustworthy. I will never use another plumber again. I recommend Tim to all of my friends and family.

This business owner is very untrustworthy. He told me he would refund half my payment because his employees only diagnosed half of my plumbing issue due to laziness. Still haven’t received my check and I did contact this owner several times asking about the refund.
