My experience with Hytech was great as I did check with many sites and seen they had a few negative remarks . Neverless after seeing the larger size company they are I didn’t think anything of a few remarks . Jim and Steve were great my project was on time and on budget , 6 weeks to the exact . I will highly recommend to anyone looking this company is great don’t believe everyone . They came through al the way .

I would absolutely not recommend using this company! Work that was completed was unsatisfactory and even though Steve said he would come out the following spring to fix their shoddy work, I never saw or heard from him again. Attempted several phone calls, to which none were returned. My patio was done at the end of Fall and I was told that when they started work back up in the Spring they would come out and replace the broken bricks that Steve acknowledged should have never been used in the first place. Spring came and NO STEVE. NOT A WORD. I left message after message. I even tried calling from different phone numbers thinking they just weren't answering my number. No one is ever there to take your call. You can only leave a message, so it's no surprise no one ever called me back. I attempted 4 separate times going to his ware house in New Lenox, but no one is ever there. I was left hanging.

Take your money and run another way. This company lies and makes broken promises. Only if I read some reviews before I hired them, cause I would of took my business some where else. Their rating should be negative 10 stars. I totally agree with the March 2, 2017 review. The whole company doesn't care about you or the issues they cause. They just take your money and twist words around to make people think the customer giving the bad review is wrong. My whole family can tell you DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
