    Build a new house
    $500,000

    We are also unfortunately victims of Mark GIARUSSO
    He sounded like a guy with lots of experience but failed in every way!!!
    We have built this house only because I am somewhat knowledgeable and knew the process
    Could have been a lot worse
    He forgot to insult pipes
    Insulate the building
    Vent the bathrooms
    Our Nee master shower almost fall through the floor on the second day we moved to the house
    Heating didn’t work
    Cooling didn’t work
    He doesn’t answer his phone
    He treats every thing as “not important “
    He has no one good working for him
    I had to pay contractors to fix his mistakes
    Please do yourself a favor and do not hire him
    You will not save money
    You will be stressed out of your mind
    It was and still is a nightmare
    Now we have to deal with a lawsuit
    All he is good at is selling himself
    But you are getting nothing in return

    Construct a modular home

    We're another victim of Mark's broken promises. We hired him to build a house in 2014. It was NEVER finished and the work that was done was mostly sub-par in terms of quality. We're still dealing with issues to this day.

    Build a modular house

    Hybrid Home Builders and Mark Giarrusso has to be the worst building contractor in the world. He built our house in the same area as Colleen above and there are still things that he has failed to complete. We were under contract with him to close by 6/2017 but he was not ready to close until 1/2018. He would make appointments to meet at the property and not show up. He would promise to call back at a certain time and never call back. We sold our home in CT based on his lies so had to live in motels at the Cape for months because he never lived up to the contract or his promises. He is a liar and cannot be trusted. Everyone in this subdivision has had the same bad experience. He uses below average subcontractors and often they leave the job half done. We wouldn’t even let him build a bird house for us now that we know how inept and unscrupulous he is! Rich & Doris D

    Built a 4 bedroom house
    $465,000

    We moved in over 1.5 years ago and our home is still not finished. Hybrid built homes and Mark Giarrusso have left us with an incomplete home, items that we paid for and haven’t received yet, poor quality workmanship that needs replacing as it was installed poorly, and promised farmers porch that was never delivered, he made the mistake of overlooking the farmers porch as it fell off the various sketches from the manufacturering company, and he tried to push us away from having it done, persuading us that it looks better without it. I text and call him nearly daily and he doesn’t answer. I have many more complaints, would have enough for a lawsuit but am left without enough money to sue him. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR MARK GIARUSSO TO ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING A HOME.
