Terrible. We had to go through arbitration to get all the damage done by sub contractors fixed. Thank God we were the arbitration. Our driveway cracked within three days of moving in. The patio was cracked and delaminated all over the place. The wrong tiles were put in our master bath which we have to go through arbitration for as well. The AC went bad costing us $2100 after it being only 2.5 years old. Hyde refused to give us the install paperwork so we could get help with this warranty. The workmanship is poor. Oversight and customer service is poor. Everything is a fight with them.
