NOW was fantastic! I interviewed 4 different H&A companies before finally selecting NOW. While each was very knowledgable about their products and services, the differentiators were few. However, NOW was very clear and confident of their capabilities. And they lived up to them.
They said they could install in one day - check.
They said that the install would not be invasive or cause major mods to the house - check.
They said that their post install training would be simple yet complete - check.
They said that with the 98% efficiency system I would experience significant savings - check.
The owner even came by after to confirm the install was completed to spec, and ensure we were comfortable with the system and how to use it. A year later they contacted me to remind me to change the filter and confirm we're still happy with the system.
They were professional, confident, and personable. I cant say enough about how happy we are with the decision to use NOW.
