I hired them to install my solar panels, the sales rep was a sweetheart. However when the appointment was made for installation which was on June 16,2022 after providing them with everything they needed before installation, the installation team than proceeded to install them however the plans clearly indicates that panels and box should be installed on my side of my driveway which is where it belongs. They proceeded to install them on my neighbors side by his driveway once we question them why they were putting it there and that it belongs on our side, he rudely answered that he knows what he is doing and he is a professional….well as we knew that it will be a problem installing them on that side our neighbor was furious because he can’t put his trailer in his driveway….I have been going back and fourth with this company to have it corrected and it is now going to be a month and I still can not get anyone to call me to rectify this problem! I have submitted countless emails and have called and no one has gotten back to me. Let along they never completed the job as well and were suppose to come back and now that there is a problem they don’t even call you. To say how unprofessional this company is an understatement I am appalled at their lack of professionalism towards their customer when a problem arises. Until now this problem has not been resolved! As for recommendation of this company I definitely will not recommend this company !

Very happy with Hytech Solar’s installation. Chris and his crew were efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. He made sure that the install was done the right way, and to make it aesthetically pleasing as well. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and was able to explain in depth what he’s doing before hand in to make sure it’s up to my liking. Chris explained everything in detail about the installation process, how the system works, inspection, what issues could arise, how to solve possible issues, etc. in an easy to understand way. Overall a very happy experience.

Chris and his crew did an awesome job installing our solar system. They worked quick, clean and even picked up some remaining nails from a new roof installation left over from the previous week.
Before the installation was completed I was a bit concerned about the looks of the gray wiring tube on the black roof (visible from the street) but was assured the tubing would be painted black to match the roof color. I appreciate that pro active approach. Chris explained everything in detail about the installation process, how the system works, how to monitor the usage on the App, inspection, what issues could arise, how to solve possible issues, etc. in an easy to understand way. Overall an exceptionally good experience.

I got a phone call back in February from a gentlemen asking me if I wanted to have a consultation. I explained to him that I had been turned down many times before due to my roof being 18 years old. The gentleman explained to me that this company could help me get a new roof and I wouldn’t have to lay anything out. Of course my natural reaction was “yeah right!” But I set up and appointment to see if what he said was true. I met with the rep Kenny, he was very nice and professional. He explained everything to me and when I saw the numbers I was shocked to see the savings INCLUDING the added work I needed. I was installed in May and I am writing my first review now because I wanted to see my summer PSEG bills, they have been $20 at max! Thank you Kenny and Hytech Solar for all of your help, I wish I did this sooner!
