Buyers beware this company does not deserve 1 star. They should NOT be permitted to do contracting. Do NOT buy a home from them! I unfortunately bought a home from these folks. Sadly not a single thing was done correctly. The plumbing was done incorrectly and leaks within the ceilings and walls. Could not not figure out why I've had a cold for last two months...Come to find out black mold is sprouting up all over in the finished basement. Electrical also done incorrectly. Wrong thermostats for baseboard heaters, wrong size holes cut for recessed lighting, loose wires within recessed lighting housing. Large crack in ceiling appeared when refrigerator was installed. Upon inspecting the before remodel pics of the house online I noticed a large hole in the floor of the kitchen. Precisely where the refrigerator is, presumably the hole was not repaired, they just installed wood flooring over the hole. We have not tackled that can of worms yet. Hopefully refrigerator doesn't end up in the basement before we can afford to get to that issue. The homes are covered with bandaids to make them look cosmetically appealing. Under the pretty surface is a complete disaster! Their remedy for every issue appears to be caulking.
