    $430,000

    The Owner of this company is a shyster. 6924 Concord Hwy, Monroe, is my son's house. I&M signed a contract not to exceed $ 315,000. This house went over budget by $ 115,000 and the owner of I&M would not complete the house. Prior to this mess, we considered Micah a friend. I had to pay out the extra $115,000 to save my son's investment in this home. The owner threatened putting a lean against his house for negative comments and or publicity. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. They are NOT honest or trustworthy. If you do business with them, you will lose $$$$. Guaranteed.
