Your company completed a kitchen remodel for us some time ago. WE are super happy with the results. We love our new kitchen. You guys did an outstanding job with the entire process. Thank you for everything.

My name is S.S. and I am in the process of a bathroom remodel. I contracted with Lowe's and I and M Properties and Construction is the contractor for the store. We had several issues with products but NONE of the issues that have occurred are the responsibility of I and M Properties and Construction. In fact if it was not for Mica I would have requested this job be stopped and a refund given to me. Mica is one of the most professional people I have the pleasure of working with. I am not get responses from the Lowe's employees but Mica always responds or comes by. He smooths everything out with ideas or a plan to correct the issue and calms me down. At the same time he never places blame on Lowe's but always puts Lowe's in the highest regard. Mica has two employees in particular that are the hardest working people I have had the pleasure of meeting, James and Mario. Unfortunately I do not know their last names.

I just wanted to let you know what a respectable and professional person you have representing your company. You are very fortunate to have Mica and his crew.

It’s been 3 weeks since your company finished construction on our home in
Providence Down and we couldn’t be more please with the end result.
I have been a homeowner for more than 25 years, and have had many
construction projections. But I have never been more pleased with the
quality of the work, communication of timeline, and the cost-effective
method of construction. Bottom line, we are thrilled with the work and plan
to ask you to help us with many more construction/remolding projects in the
future.
Mica, you always treated every decision as if it was “your home – your
money” and that really made the decision making easy for us.
Please feel encourage to use us as a reference. Also, please thank your team
of sub-contractors for the superior effort made in bringing this project to a
successful close.

The only recommendation we can give is DO NOT USE this company. They are horrible to their subs. Contractor will only show up occasionally and then only for a few minutes. The only way to get him to the house was to have a check waiting. Nearly every part of the house worked on had to be redone because the subs didn't understand what was supposed to be done and the contractor was rarely at the site. Beware of any promised dates, they will be missed. The missed dates were due to the contractor not have the materials on site when needed. Subs waited four days for sheetrock and shower pans to be provided site. At one point, contractor was demanding more money, had to give him a detailed accounting of what we paid to show we were up to date, no apology or humility, just you are right. Unbelievable!!!

Terrible. They did not finish building our dream home. He visited the property a few times. Did not pay subs and did not supply materials for the home. Owners supplied 90% of materials for the interior of the home. Example lights, fixtures, appliances, etc. We had a turnkey contract but builder claims that we did not even tough he signed a contract stating turnkey at an attorney's office. Be very cautious in using this company.
