Worst decision ever, took $17,000 worth of prepays and did at most ~$5,000 worth of work, and. Ever finished the $25,000 job. The work he did do was with cheap materials, poorly done, and using non-professional practices. A long story that involved reporting to Tx Attorney general, contracting a lawyer and sending several letters atempting to have my money returned. He never finished the job nor returned a penny of my money. This business is a scam, don’t get ripped off like I did. I finally found a reputable established Houston contractor who finished the job. IS Build design cost me almost 2 years lost revenue ($40,000) on top of the stolen $12,000, and a lot of headache and lost opportunity.
