Italy is a great guy to work with: his crew does excellent work, and if something has an issue after installation, he always makes it right. Note, though, that his operation is lean--so the schedule you want work completed on might not be the schedule that is possible for his crew. I've had a full new roof installed by Italy's team, along with new gutter guards and chimney caps and fittings, and I can say that I am always happy to be working with him and his team.

5 stars across the board: professionalism, trustworthiness, and thoroughness.

We have met with 6 different roofing companies that have given opinions ranging from "just some patching or re-coating should be fine" to "it's time to redo the whole roof!" Estimates ranged from 4 digits for the former to 5 digits for the latter. Yeah, pretty crazy.

Some details:

I Team Builders and Designs was:
- Professional: They showed up on time and with the necessary ladders and equipment. He explained various details clearly (e.g., info about different roofing materials, what kind of work would be necessary for our different roofing surfaces, etc.).
- Trustworthy: Italy was clear about which surfaces needed little or no work, and what options there were for surfaces that did need work. We found that other roofing companies would sometimes suggest work that was unnecessary. When we need work to be done in the future, we will definitely keep this company in mind. I Team Builders is about doing the right thing -- not simply making a quick buck.
- Thorough: We received our estimate on a timely basis (with some other companies, we actually had to follow up to get a written estimate). The explanation beforehand and the written estimate were both clear and concise.

TL;DR: 5 stars across the board! :)

It's very refreshing finding great service like this on Yelp. Finding fair, honest and affordable services these days isn't easy - until you find I Team Builders. Today they painted my loft and I can honestly say I've probably never known what a really good deal was before today. Aside from them being friendly, honest, hard-working, and easy to talk to - All team members are excellent painters. They painted my loft in Los Angeles today and was quicker and more precise than any painters I've worked with before (at a fraction of the cost). They started quick, worked hard, did really precise work cutting out the accent walls where the white ceilings meet, had some great lighting ideas along the way, cleaned up well, and left with me with a beautiful loft that feels like a brand new home. Finding affordability and quality all-in-one is a great thing - I Team Builders gives you both!

I'll definitely be keeping this Team in mind for any future work. 5 stars and 5 thumbs up.

We are very happy with I Team Builders and highly recommend them to others. I Team completed a top-to-bottom renovation of our LA apartment. We did a gut renovation, with a brand new kitchen, two new bathrooms, new painting, and finish work. They are really outstanding. So responsive, smart, organized, they listen well and came up with ideas that matched our vision.

I recently hired ITeam Builders for my Backyard Remodeling project.

This company provides quality and fair price work that you will appreciate and enjoy when the work is done.
Selecting a contractor to do both hardscape and landscape is a major decision and I am glad I chose this company to carry out my vision and design choices.
They are busy all the time but once they are committed to work at your place, they will get it done before moving to another project.

They did an amazing job I highly recommend I Team Builders..!!

It was a pleasure with I Team in Los Angeles. They are very professional. We were able to customize our kitchen cabinets at a great price. I Team Builders has a lot of variety to select from (including Omega, KitchenCraft, Mid-Continent, and UltraCraft). Going through a remodel is a stressful process, but with I Team Builders we found a bargain and great customer service all in place.

It is completely worth the trip to meet I Team members/workers and see their great selection. I suggest that you call ahead or email to I Team Builders to make an appointment.

Five star service!
I needed one large wall painted and it needed to be done quickly.
I discovered I Team Builders on Yelp and sent a request for quite to I Team and five other painters.
I Team responded within couple of hours; came-out promptly to see the project; gave me a fair quite; and did the job within a day.
Quality was great!
Days after completed the work, several of the other painters were just getting around to responding to my initial request for quite.
I will use I Team Builders for future projects.
After my first positive experience with I Team, I asked him to quote a much larger painting project. Once again, he acted promptly and provided a very reasonable bid within hours of my request. And once again, he and his team promptly sprang into action to do the work.
As with the first project I Team did for me, the workmanship was highest quality and he left the apartment neat and clean; move-in ready for the next occupant.

My experience with I Team Builders was amazing,when i hired them to build my kitchen plus rebuild my roof they told me where parts of project was needing repair or replacement and parts where it had to be demolished.
When i hired them to do my kitchen and my roofing. they provided quality service. During the construction days and they didn't bother my schedule or ask for many things.
Some of the things i like about I Team Builders is their warranty and how quick and fast they are when you need them to fix something.

I Team is an outstanding team and I would absolutely hire them again. I hired them to repair my bathroom which meant: tile a bathroom floor, paint the bathroom, attach a new bathroom vanity, connect a new bathroom faucet, and install a new bathroom fan. He was able to do this work on a tight schedule.

The result was beautiful. They were easy to communicate with through text message. They are very kind and highly skilled. No mess behind, and everything was completed on time. They were also flexible when we discovered we needed more work to complete the job. I will definitely hire I Team again the next time.

I Team Builders performed 2 complete bathroom remodels for us. Their crew was able to perform all the work including extensive plumbing repair and rerouting. There was significant water damage to the walls and sub floor that was repaired ( 9 years old house). I was very appreciative that they had two crews working simultaneously in both bathrooms. This significantly reduced the construction time and disruption. The workers all showed up every day throughout the project. Remodels were completed ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend I Team Builders and Design.

I Team did an amazing job on my kitchen and two bathrooms. They were incredibly helpful and always responded to my questions. I Team handled everything from start to finish, so I never had to worry about anything. I gave them a budget and general idea of what I wanted, and he helped me design a kitchen that exceeded my expectations.

They stayed in my budget and timeline, which is incredible as most places kill you with change orders and delays. The construction crew was extremely professional and kind. My neighbor stopped me in the hall to tell me how impressed he was with the crew. I will be using I Team when I need more work on my apartment.
