My wife found IA Builders while doing a search online. She selected them to do the work needed in our home by the range of work that had accrued, and covering cost elements. We had Idan come to our home, sat and discussed what we wanted/needed to be done. We voiced our financial limits around age and infirmity. Adin understood and started insurveyiong the house, the cost of materials and labor for each project. Taking into account our limits, he worked around us to create the very best environment possible. Outdoor deck sensor lighting replacing our outdated switch workings. A retrofitting of our home’s foundation, removal of dirty old carpet (not recommended in pet owner’s homes) and replacing the space with a beautiful and extremely durable vinyl tiling that came out outstanding. The new flooring opened up all of our spaces, clean and durable lines for all flat floors and four platformed areas! My wife, Carol exclaimed something she had never said in 41 years (37 in this house).....”IT IS BEAUTIFUL! That alone was enough. That project was completed in under two days under his diligant and hardowrking crew. Included also were house circumferenced gutters with leaf guards, an electric garage door opener, a new back door, resetting and repairing our expensive front door. What I can say is that they are diligent, hard working, ethical, creative, on time, cost effecient, and any other platitude I could toss out there! Our home has been transformed, in the very best way possible. Any problems or bits we discovered were promply addressed and taken attention to. He has asse4mbled a fine fine crew of members of differing skills to cover any of your needs and wants. Our home is now at a point where we are happy and proud to invite other in. Painting and plastering repairs forthcoming, and ;later; a bath and kitchen remodel as soon as finances allow. Check them out, we have nothing BUT great things to say about them. Idan, the proprietor of IA BUILDERS, is an exceptional contractor who helped refurbish my home with new windows and Life Paint. I was so impressed by the quality of the work and the professionalism throughout the process that I hired him again to fully renovate my rental property.
The scope of the renovation was extensive. He repaired and replaced the roof, painted both the interior and exterior, installed new double-paned windows, and addressed significant ceiling leaks in the living room and bathroom. He also built a new shower, replaced the flooring in both the kitchen and bathroom, and upgraded the kitchen with a new countertop and sink. Outside, he removed a deteriorated patio enclosure and refinished the patio floor with a beautiful epoxy finish.
Throughout the project, Idan consistently offered thoughtful ideas and helpful options for each phase of the renovation, which I greatly appreciated. IA BUILDERS is a top-tier company and an outstanding choice for anyone considering a remodeling project.

Idan the owner of IA builders, did an amazing job at my house. We are new home buyers and were looking to completely remodel our new home.
Idan suggested creative ideas and created an open concept in our house by removing walls, remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring and paint through the house.
He even did our new roof and solar system !
From start to finish, we always felt safe handing the keys to our house to Idan and his crew. The job was done whiting budget and on time.

1. IA Builders worked on the Brace and Bolt program of my home. After free evaluation and inspection of the job he spent time explaining the job that would be done while showing me the photos. He answered all questions and made sure I understood the work that would be done. The contract he provided me detailed exactly what he explained to me. In addition, he went above and beyond by walking me through the EBB application and assisted me in getting the needed supplemental funding which was initially denied. He answered every phone call and text immediately or within minutes and was always professional, friendly, and helpful. All aspects of the job were completed on time and his workers were very professional. I highly recommend IA Builders and have shared Idan Arbiv of IA Builders with friends and family.
