Since its inception in 1979, IBI was incorporated as Oakwood Remodeling Co, Inc. In the early 2000s we re-branded ourselves creating a new trade name that better reflected our full services.

    $30,000

    IBI Construction should have negative stars. They required a lot of money up front and now I fear we are being ripped off (we are filing a complaint with CCB). So much of the work was never done, or done late and/or done shoddily. IBI has had a constant flow of project managers and other employees who either quit or are fired. They were weeks and months late on delivery dates. Sometimes employees or subs show up unexpectedly and do not know what they are supposed to do. They built and installed a completely wrong fence. They ordered the wrong doors, then the doors arrived broken (they are still sitting in our garage, broken and uninstalled). They ripped out a wall and did not fix it. We went for a week and a half without hot water or heat. Their communications were terrible. We tried to work it out with them several times but got burned. They made promises and did not keep them. We wanted to end amicably but the owner, Tobi Crooks, does not seem to care at all. You will be sorry if you hire IBI Construction.
