After Ibis Contracting installed a completely new roof on my Brother and sis in law house across the street from my home, and after Ibis also installed a new roof on my neighbors house 50 yards away from my house, Ibis contracting was recommended highly to me by both of the above. My neighbor stated to me that his neighbor wanted Ibis contracting to install a new roof on her house as well. After inspecting the roof of her house, Rob Santillana of IBIS informed the homeowner that she did not need a new roof which probably would have cost upwards of $27,000 dollars. My neighbor and I were so impressed by Mr. Santillana honesty with our other neighbor that it was without question that I would choose his company to install my new roof which I have needed for past several years. You can plainly see it wasnt about making a lot of money but for Rob it was about doing the right thing. Their price was competitive with others but another reason I chose Ibis to install my new roof is when I met Rob in person he was very friendly, courteous, likeable, and professional. He and his men installed my huge roof in a timely fashion and the men were on their hands and knees picking up nails and debri which had fallen on the lawn during the installation. I would highly recommend Mr. Rob Santillana @ Ibis Contracting to everyone out there needing a new roof,and who will answer your calls AND install your new roof in a timely manner. My roof looks great!! I am 100% satisfied with this company professional, expert workmanship.
