Ibni's work is absolutely stunning and of utmost quality! Ibni is one of the hardest working individuals I know and I just met him before choosing him to do the job. He laid down all the pavers himself because he wants the job done perfectly. He treated our project like he was doing it at his own house. Ibni completed the work that he promised and he even went above and beyond and added things he felt was needed. His prices are very fair. I have unfortunately had many bad contractors but Ibni has restored my faith in good contractors. I wholeheartedly recommend Ibni if you need pavers, retaining walls, and stonework. Based on his work on my pavers and retaining walls, I am confident that his other work is just as expertly done. I will have him do my front walkway this upcoming Spring.

I was having isssue of my hard wood and had some mold issues .........I called Ibni’s home improvement he make me surprise with his work done.
I asked him few more work and did’t not charged me.
He always suggests best way of fixing issues.
Overall he did very good job with reasonable price.

Ibni did an excellent job installing a paver driveway as a replacement for an asphalt drive that was in very poor condition. The driveway turned out very beautiful, greatly improving the curb appeal of the house. We found Ibni construction very easy to work with, the estimate was provided in a timely manner and the actual work was completed quickly in the time agreed.

Best Job: Ibni Mahmudi is very pleasant businessman and is very perfectionist. He likes to make sure job is well done and he will go extra length to correct something HE is not happy. I did not notice something while doing my driveway but he notices and rips off and does it again. That is his best quality. Our driveway is paved with our choice of stones, medallions are the best and every one admires. He is giving estimates on the spot and does what he agrees and do not need in writing, he keeps his word. I am very happy with all the work Ibni has done, deck, bathroom, stucco as well as landscape walls and paved walkway and paved driveway. I can recommend Ibni without hesitation.Work started 15t May and finished today July 12th.

Our house need a new front steps since last summer and Ibni just did it for us. To be honest, at the beginning we were not sure if we found a right person for this, now we are very happy for the new front steps and feel very lucky that we found Ibni. He and his team are very professional and nice. He gave us lots of good suggestions as a professional builder. He finished the project as he promised, it is a great job. Our house looks much better than before with this new front steps. Ibni even fixed part of our front wall and a piece of fallen gutter without any charge, yes, for free. Overall, we can not be happier with his great job. Definitely we will give him and his team more projects -- we have been thinking about doing a front patio and put an addition to my house. We will also recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

Last summer we needed new front steps and walkway. Ibni was doing work around the corner so my wife stopped and asked for a card. I called to have him come for an estimate and and after giving me an estimate on the spot (rather than waiting for days for a write-up), I not only hired him for the steps and walk, but did the whole front of the house with stone as well as a new back patio and side walkway. Although it was more work than originally anticipated, I couldn't pass up the price. He started as promised and did a great job with everything. He was extremely professional and committed to the job and we couldn't be happier with the results. We are looking to do more work within the next few years and we are definitely using Ibni again. I already recommended him to my cousin who used him and he was happy with his work as well.

Two years ago. My wife gave birth to an unexpected set of twins. Before I knew it, my house was too small. I had to put an addition to my home. I was on a budget and I was not in the position to get a new home altogether. Ibni had been working on some other homes in the new development down the street from me and my neighbors had all recommended him to me. Ibni gave me a great price for some really excellent work. He was working on my new addition everyday and I needed it done before my in laws came to see the new twins. The overall project was 1500 sq feet. Not only has the value of my home gone up, but my children have a play room and we have a wonderful new guest room for our guests. This was my first experience with ibni and I have recommended him to my family and friends who were also very satisfied with his work.
