We used Ibrenis to paint the house, re-stain the hardwood floors and put in some ceiling lights.
Overall we had a good experience working with him. He was punctual always. He communicated clearly about the progress of the work. He was almost always present at the site when work was being done.
The only issue was attention to minute details. They had to redo our floors, because the corners were not done right the first time. And painters left small patches that they came back and finished. He was prompt in accepting the issues, and worked fast to resolve them.
I would recommend Ibrenis and Brian for home improvement jobs.
