We purchased a condo in May 2020. This company purchased and installed our water heater. The water heater was manufactured in March 2020 and purchased in May 2020. Our seller’s agent said they had to replace the water heater from a 30 gallon to a 20 gallon because they said the top connections would not fit under the lip of the countertop in the bathroom. After having a Rheem technician came out today, we found out that the seller’s agent was advised by this company to get the cheaper option and not go through Ferguson to purchase the correct water heater for the space. Fast forward to today, July 24, 2021, we are trying to chase down the receipt. I found the invoice that was emailed to us from installation from our realtor and decided to reach out to this company. I requested a copy of the receipt. I was told via text message from, 808-232-6405, that he did not have time to help me. I requested the last 4 of the card used and the last name so Home Depot could pull the information. He became more rude and then blocked me. Terrible experience with terrible people.
