I hired Ibuilder design and build to complete a major remodel of my condominium: new kitchen, electrical upgrade, new lighting, plastering and painting throughout and new wall to wall carpet. The job was finished ahead of schedule and on budget and I could not be happier. They were even able to fit in a couple of last-minute additional tasks without extending the schedule. Once the project started, Alan was in close communication with me every step of the way and kept the project moving along on what was a very ambitious schedule. He was at the apartment every day to check on the progress, sent me pictures of the work in progress. All the craftsmen who worked on the project were top notch and the quality of the work is impressive. I cannot recommend Ibuilder design and build highly enough.

We recently finished upgrading our bathrooms, which was done by Ibuilder design and build. The results look great. We are very happy with the workmanship and attention to detail by the crew and Alan. Alan was super responsive, and he took care of things immediately, he provided the design and helped us choose the materials. They came, they remodeled, and they went. No hidden costs, no surprises, no headaches. Yes they are not he cheapest option but I can say that they earned their fees. We will hire them again when we do another project.

My wife and I hired ibuilder design and build to update our new home. We did a complete bathroom remodel, painted the entire interior, new interior doors, new front door, new interior lighting, electrical work and all new hardwood floors. Met with Alan to review my bathroom renovation. In addition to being on time and friendly, he was thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of my project. He asked several questions regarding facets I hadn't considered. He was able to translate my vision accurately onto paper- specifically a 3-D rendering. He pointed out all the needed changes to become code compliant. I really appreciated his thorough assessment, he even climbed into the crawl space to better understand the current plumbing to better provide an accurate bid. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions. It was a pleasure to work on the preliminary aspects and design with Alan. I highly recommend.

I have been working with Ibuilder design and build to remodel my entire condo. Before starting I received 4 bids to remodel my place. The reason I went with Ibuilder was that they had shown a lot of high quality work that they had previously done. Also, Alan, who has been managing the project was very responsive to me throughout the whole time. Ever since we got going he has been very easy to get a hold of if I have any questions. He also put together a detailed schedule of when everything was to happen and has been right on point every time.

If you want a company that is high quality, reliable, responsive and affordable then I would highly recommend you go with Ibuilder design and build. Also, everyone in the company is extremely nice which is also an added bonus.

I'll start with Ibuilder design and build was overall fairly easy to work with. We ended up not going over budget and had a few "change orders" that were discussed and then dismissed after some discussion miraculously ending with out any added charges.
We stayed on budget, the crew were so friendly and always cleaned after themselves, Good Customer Service and Good final product. Highly recommended!

We met with the Alan at our house, we were impressed by his attitude and his interest to know what we would like to have and how we imagined our new kitchen to look like etc.... We felt very comfortable and we scheduled a second meeting the same day no pressure sale, Alan came back with some designs and materials for the new kitchen. We talked in depth about what would be included in the new kitchen in regards to storage space and appliances. I must admit that these guys are professional and they have a great level of understanding and they listen!!

Choosing Ibuilder design and build was the right decision for our home remodel. My fiancé and I just bought our first home and decided to have the interior walls repainted, LVP floors installed, and the kitchen rebuilt with new cupboards/counters/backsplash.
