ICOM Mechanical has been consistently keeping up the HVAC at our facilities over the last 15 years or so. They have also done multiple new installations, additions and equipment replacements. ICOM has always been a reliable partner who gets the job done and stands behind what is agreed upon. We are very happy with their services, a top-notch company!

ICOM has been hired by my landlord to fix the HVAC in my apartment. They have been working "diligently" since over 100 days on the problem, but it still doesn't work. They haven't even come to my apartment to check for themselves. Utter incompetence and scammy business.
