Icon Airs service rep (ken) was tremendous. He was on time, very polite and professional. He took time to explain about the safery of my gas furnace since I was not used to gas and had been accustomed to electric.He went above and beyond to clear a path for me to get my car out. I think it speaks volumes for him and his company.
