2 years ago they installed a 1500 septic tank at my property in Island Park. We had to pump it within the 6 month. We called them and Marcus came out and fixed a connection that was improperly installed. We had to pump it again and called again. Marcu came out and said the warranty ran out and would not do a thing. We have had the tank pumped 3 times now. We called in another company recently and they discovered the box was put in upside down plus pipe we not straight. When Marcus came out and I spoke with him, he told me to "shutup" at least a dozen times and then started saying "f...you" at least a dozen times. I did ask him if that is the way he treats all his customers? I am spending another $5000 on top of his $17000.00 to fix his mess.
