I had a pleasant experience with this remodeling company. My wife and I hosted my oldest son's wedding and desperately needed more room and some updating.

Travis was very attention oriented and has talent or a lot of practice! They came and turned our regular house into a home that we are proud to share with our friends and family.

First of all this company was very punctual and clean. Travis and his crew was very proficient with the many tasks we gave them! The most impressive was we had a bathroom water issue and they had to take it to the dirt and come back. It turned out better than before. Very good product and I would use them again without a doubt. I hope this helps you and making your decision.

We've been threw a couple different contractors since moving here and Travis has far exceeded his competitors that I've used! He is very creative with difficult problems and always finds a way to make it work but also look fabulous. He converted my downstairs to be handicap accessible. Widening the doorways, added a few ramps and bathroom cabinets.

My experience has been better than expected. I didn't feel pressured to do any more than what I originally planned on. As a woman some companies take advantage that I don't know everything about my house. I feel Travis explained everything in detail and even pointed out where I didn't need to replace and could save money. He fixed a few doors that I planned to replace. He cleaned up everyday before leaving and was considerate of my husband's work/sleep schedule. Both would recommend this company to anyone.

As a man I hate to call someone to fix or build anything. My wifes been asking me to do little things around the house for a while now. I've put things off to the point where her family is coming to visit and I've found myself in a pickle! This little list had grown into a hundred different tasks! Change air filter, replacing light bulbs, pressure wash house and driveway, replace doors, window screens, touch up paint, fix towel bars, reattach stone that fell off the garage. The list kept going! You get my point, overwhelming as it was, they came and handled everything in just a couple days! I take credit because I was the one who called them

Great thanks for the cabinets and counters! They look better than expected. Travis has an attention to detail unlike any other person I've seen. He was very interesting to watch. He would grab a tool for something he was going to need while getting something he needed presently. He didn't waist steps is what I'm trying to say. Plus his trailer, was better organized than my office! Very efficient to get the job done on time.

I have been on several jobs that Idaho Property Specialists had done and from those experiences I decided to hire them when I needed a new floor installed. Travis was very nice to work with and did a great job.

We had a few changes in the design aspect and they didn't miss a beat and kept on schedule. They were kind enough to work around my work schedule and that was appreciated most of all. Travis came as a contractor and has left as a friend. He does nice work also!

This review is for Idaho Property Specialists. They did some work for me a few years ago and I've just hired them again to do some enhancements to our home. New light fixtures, door hardware, and a beautiful new harwood floor. It was a little hectic during the process but they were very considerate to clean up every day and tried there best to keep it livable. It was well worth it now. I would recommend Travis with Idaho Property Specialists to anyone who wants it done quickly and professionally.

I've had many different contractors work for me through the years, I can say without a doubt that Idaho Property Specialists is not like the rest. There priced competitively if you compare apples to apples, but if you want someone who is cheaper you can find them. Granted they wouldn't have insurance nor the proper tools and experience, but to each their own. I like the piece of mind knowing if something goes wrong, it's covered. I had some winter damage and they fixed it, and dealt with the insurance company. Very happy with the outcome.

I first saw IPS at my friends house. I took a brochure and looked threw it and figured it was time for a new look for my house. They added 2 columns to my porch and stones at my garage then painted. It looks great! Wish I could attach photos.

I called upon Idaho Property Specialists about 3 years ago. They helped me finish my garage and some landscaping. Nice fellas to have around. I have recommend them to several people.

Two years ago Travis, with Idaho Property Specialists helped finish my parents house after the original builder decided to raise his prices midway through the job. He finished the drywall, textured, painted, installed the cabinets, flooring and put up the exterior siding. There's some I'm forgetting, but he was able to turn it around and for that I strongly recommend him for whatever you need. 2 years later it still looks great and haven't had a problem.

To whom it may concern, Last year, Travis with Idaho Property Specialists has done an excellent job for me! I had a shed moved and storage shelving added. He was a nice person and very conscientious about my flowers and lawn. I will use him again.

We had a few different companies give us quotes for the remodel and Idaho Property Specialists wasnt the lowest bid but I've learned that you get what you pay for. So we sat down with Travis and went over everything and from there out it was pretty painless for us. He kept us informed on everything. When possible he would ask us to look and verify the color was exactly what I wanted, yes I did change my mind on color once. Completed and looking beautiful and a little before his estimated time. We have since moved and had him update our new home.

Very much liked Travis from IPS. My husband and I have been teasing about adopting him! Everything he's done for us has been great. He replaced our cabinet bottoms where chemicals had ruined them. He also replaced our mudroom countertop and added pull out drawers which doubled the storage space. Very fair priced and very detailed invoice that was easy to understand. Small or large projects we recommend Idaho Property Specialists.

I have a rental property in fruitland and I live in Colorado springs, it has been a challenge for me to find someone who was honest and able to work for me without trying to take advantage of me. I had paid a company to do some small maintenance and I trusted it was all done since they had told me it was and had billed me. Come to find out, they never even started let alone finish! My guard was up and when I spoke to them I was pleasantly pleased when they told me they always verify and send photos of the work. Also, I wasn't charged until it was finished.

Travis has done many projects for us including laying down and staining the dinning room wood floors to match the adjoining wood floors.. He has hung a beautiful four door cabinet which looks fabulous. Travis is very professional and makes sure he does what you want and he takes such pride in his work. Both my husband and I would highly recommend him for all your home improvements.

I've always been told when a person does something right by another, that one person might tell one other person. But when someone does another wrong then they will tell 10 people if not more. Word of mouth can do more than today's society realizes in my opinion. That being said, I'm trying to tell as many as I can about this company. I'm big on giving credit where credit is due and these guys definitely earned it! Hard working and humble are the words that come to mind. If you give them a try, you'll see what I mean.

I would recommend this company to anyone, including my mother in law. I've had several different companies do work for me on a few different properties including my wife's mothers house. I always dread the inevitable call once they have left her house. I don't know how or what they did, but she didn't call with several complaints as she normally does. They were able to handle the job and mother in law wonderfully! I couldn't be happier with this company.

He came to my house and was very helpful with the original job I had for him then several more small things that were to small to call a specific company for. We had him build a small deck and it looks great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My wife and I had a few bad experiences with contractors and I'll admit we were not very flexible with this company. Not only did they exceed our expectations, we're even writing a review for them! They did a great job on our siding and trim.

I would recommend Idaho Property Specialist to anyone. When my project had run into hard times due to other contractors doing less than desired work, I found Idaho Property Specialist and they came and saved my day. They were professional, on time everyday, and left things nice and tidy at the end of each work day. First class operation best company I have dealt with.

It started out with just a few ideas for a nice change to our house, as we spoke with Travis and then after we seen his work everything seemed to get bigger and better! We didn't have a full idea of what we could do, should do and what we wanted. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. We have continued on past the kitchen and dining room project and have redone both main bathrooms from new walls, paint, floors and light fixtures, even stone on the bathtub and walls for a great look! Anyways, much appreciated his talent and professionalism.
