THEY installed my new furnace and ac. No problem. We had the contract with them. They installed new thermostat for me. Needless to say I was told by Lou you will figure it out
He couldn't. Nor his son
Unacceptable. We were happy with them initially. He seemed to have disappeared and son came who was helpful. He then said he would charge me for setting up new thermostat. Son came. He could not figure it out either still don't know how.
I am sorry i recommended him to my neighbors and friends.
